2/285th will be running a Fuel Ammo Resupply Point on the far end of the runway Saturday. Great picture op. I will see if we can get access to the FARP for up close and personal attention to the Blackhawks and Apaches.

To answer some questions.

1. This is free to everyone. (Airsofter 1 will get whole of all those who prepaid/registered)

2. This event is this weekend.

3. The Florence MOUT site is being moved. Trying for April (14-15) Arizona has 5,278. Soldiers training 3 weekends out of each month. So its not as easy to lock on events for weekends. Weekdays are simple, but not reasonable.

4. Pictures/Videos are permitted while invited aboard papago park. (Even the Blackhawks) its Papago Park not Area 51.

5. State or school ID is fine to enter. UNLESS your driving. If your driving you have to have valid DO.

Also this game is FREE to EVERYONE. AA/Combat Challenge rules apply. 18 and up only sorry. Airsofter 1 will work with everyone who pre paid for the Floreance MOUT site game.

I'm currently trying to get a solid date for April (14-15). For the MOUT site.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I don't have the juice to fight over an AO with a Lt Col.

100% for sure at Papago Park Saturday 0700-1700.

4 years ago we used half the AO for Operation Bushmaster. Up on the mountain ranges there are a few natural tunnels. And multiple ambush points.

The low ground has dry river beds and alot of scrub brush cover and short trees.

Good central location for local Airsofting. Plus there's a great pub down the road for post game refreshments.

The AO is about 2 miles total.

Address is 5636 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ. North Gate on BUSHMASTER.

At the Gate you will need a valid drivers license to enter.

STAND BY.

WE ARE LOOKING TO MOVE TO THE PAPAGO PARK INSTALLATION. (52nd ST and McDowell Rd in Phoenix)

Everyone REGISTERED will get in FREE.

We have the whole land navigation course, and papago buttes. Parking will be located on the run-way.

When you get to the gate, ask the gate guard how to get the rappelling range/land navigation course. Its basically a right turn at round about follow the signs from there.

The terrain is mountainy. Drink water or you will fall out.

More Intel to come.

FLASH:

The 1120th Trans Bn will be on site. 2 Company's will be on the Range across the street. A-422 Signal will be setting up a COB on our side in Zone F (I think) All 3 Trans Company's will be doing some kind of training around our AO. If requested we may have to give up some of our AO.

DO NOT WEAR ACU's! (I had to fight to be allowed OEF/Multicam's) If Anyone in ACU's tells you to do something, do it. then report it to Game Control, Game Control will report it to me the NCOIC of the event, and I'll address it.

Parking will be in the same location as before. all POV's will have to parked "dress right dress". to decrease our footprint, car-pooling is heavily encouraged.

AEG's / Re: G&P

When I upgraded to G&P I bought something damn near the same as that M4 from evike (who is horrid place to do business with, 17 week wait)

this is what I ordered: http://www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_44_219&products_id=23911&osCsid=4068960ef147f624e98eee8fdca7d676

G&P makes solid guns! I will never buy anything other then G&P when it comes to airsoft.

Keep in mind the Red dot on that is useless get an ACOG from ebaybanned or whatever it is now. Red dots are pretty useless at 125 feet, but having 4X magnification that looks baddass (trademarks) is great.

Anyway I think when I got mine which had that red dot I sold it at Gearbox and Ron hooked me up with the ebaybanned style ACOG. oh and switched out the flash hider for a cooler one too.

Awesome. I can't wait to retire myself. Other then a year of reserve time I've been Active Guard since I came to this side of the house. We have an SF unit in Utah, but I'm to old, and to married with kids to wanna do that stuff anymore.

Anyway thank him for his service!

No. I was a Cpl when I eas'd from the Marine Corps. I was stop loss for the kick off to OEF and OIF. When I finally got out and went to drill with the Marine Reserve unit I realized that being a tampon Marine sucked and being a Bulk Fueling tampon sucked more. The Army National Guard is the only reserve branch in Arizona with Combat Arms so I jumped ship. It was my weekend and rather blow something up then be a REMF. Now I work with EOD.  8)

I was in the Marine Corps for 5 years from 1998-2003. 3/5, 31st MEU (SOC)  1/4, and MWSS 371.

MFR is now MSOB, under MARSOC.

MFR was deactivated and rolled into MARSOC sometime in 2010, in 2008 the BN levels were reduced to 2 or 3 Companies. and the Reserve unit was decon'd.

MARSOC now runs the show and the MFR companies are nothing more then MEF asset. Along the lines as an FO company.

I'm glad you were able to pull up a wiki page. Next time try to read the whole thing as well as make sure its up to date.

The real difference is nothing more then apples and oranges. Mission and Taskings are different for each. The old "my Navy Seal can kick your Green Berets ass" argument is stupid. All of SOCOM is precision tools for each groups task. SOCOM/JSOC and the commands under that umbrella are all incredible at what they do.

With that Red Devil, thank you for your service I'm assuiming the 82nd AB icon is your FWTSI.
