G&G customer servise rocks
« on: January 01, 2006, 07:12:09 PM »
I had another problem with my highly upgrade m14 CarzyHorse last weekend, So I go on the the G&G websitehttp://b2b.guay2.com/ to do some QA reading and I found this

We recently notice that some of our M14 rifles have pressurization(airtight) problems , which is cause by the tiny space between the nozzle and the Hop-up rubber , it will result to some decreasing of the muzzle velocity. In order to solve the problem completely , we redesign the tappet plate and reset the tappet spring . Now our new rifles all equip with this new tappet plate and the tappet spring . To whom already bought our M14s(including the S.O.C. 16) , we are gladly to provide the service to exchange the old tappet plate and tappet spring without any charge . Please contact your local distributors for
the service .

I email them and not more then 15mins went by till I got a reply

The email stated they would send me out all need parts, Will keep you guys posted on outcome

Their service is awesome.  I ordered my M14 from Airsoft troops, and they couldn't replace my sector gear when it cracked (the axle cracked off) because they didn't have any extras.  I sent G&G an email, and same thing, 15 min later, email asking me for my address and just some proof I have their M14.  Because of the problem, they said they'll send me high torque gears :D

G&G is awesome.

I'll have to try that.  I have a G&G gearbox from the GR16 R5 that they did a recall on.  AirsoftGI doesnt have any, so I guess an email to G&G is in order.
