This Is Why You Never Buy From Airsplat

So I ordered my Madbull Noveske KX3 last night at Airsplat on April 17, and picked 2 Day shipping because I needed this by Saturday. Normally, Airsplat would be my last resort for buying airsoft stuff from, but in this case every other website was sold out. Anyway 2 Day shipping was $17 while Ground Shipping was only $10. So today I checked the the tracking number, and guess what. Someone made the stupid mistake of putting me on Ground Shipping instead of 2 Day Air. So not only would I not be able to go to some games this weekend, but Airsplat also charged me an extra $7 for the SLOWEST shipping service available. So unreliable. I'm just giving a heads up to all the newbies that order from Airsplat because some of their stuff is cheap; DON'T. They are unbelievably unreliable. Seriously, that is ridiculous. I hope this gives you guys some info about Airsplat and also about how disappointed I am.

I'd just like to point out, that you ordered a sound amp. You didn't NEED it for Saturdays game, and it also doesn't keep you from playing. You CAN play a game without a sound amp, trust me I did it for a few months.

Why does a sound amplifier keep you from playing on Saturday? You waited and now it didn't work out. Call them tomorrow and let them know of your disappointment but don't let it stop you from playing. It's not like you actually need an amplifier to make your gun work.

Most of the time airsplat ends up with decent shipping time, the problem I have with them in the few, but many times over the years are broken or jacked up items that look like they were used for long periods of time or built in a scrapyard.

First of all, I understand why you can't play without a sound amp. If you showed up without it, you would likely be ridiculed off the field because of how wimpy your gun sounds. No worries bro, I get you. You might be able to just make the loud bang noises with your mouth and get away with it. Just practice it a bit.

Secondly, did you bother to call them? I've dealt with airsplat's customer service before, they are very helpful when I call then. It's not that hard for them to contact UPS and upgrade the service to 2 day over the phone.

I really dislike the layout of the website. I've bought things on and off from Airsplat for many years, but I find I go there as a last resort, simply because the competitors layouts are easier to navigate.

I have to say air splat is a good site and accidents with shipping and items happen everywhere. The original complaint is not a very strong one. As someone else said if u call them they will do there best to fix it or if they can will make the inconvenients worth it by giveing u something free. Note may not be as lucky as I was but I got a free bag or really good BBS because they forgot one $5 mp5 magpul. I also got the magpul in the mail when I got my bbs . So don't say they are bad, s**t happens.

Now I'm not trying to talk crap about AirSplat, I have bought from them before, and I was satisfied with them. Now that is a completely understandable and completely different complaint. You probably should have waited and then mentioned that in your original post.
