Troubleshooting / Re: ECHO 1 M249 BOX MAG SENSOR
« on: January 19, 2009, 11:26:24 PM »
I had the exact same problem on my box mag. I managed to reattach the sensor to the wire using black electrical tape. I wouldn't say its the best solution, but at least it worked for me.

I'm pretty sure that's where he is  ...

Nope. He goes to ASU West.

I should be able to come.

I'm planning on coming tomorrow, probably with one other guy.

$20 sounds reasonable. I'd be willing to pay more if there were prizes.

The 300fps limit seems to rule out a lot of aegs, even ones intended for cqb. What kind of weaponry do people bring to these games?

Are there any movement restrictions for zombies?

Can zombies communicate with each other?

This definately sounds awesome.

When you get "bitten" by a zombie, do you become a zombie immediately or are you dead for 30 seconds first?

My friends and I are looking for more players in northern Phoenix.

We usually play out in the desert nearby 40th street & Jomax road.

We do mostly team deathmatch or capture the flag style games. Sometimes we do other scenarios or events, such as hostage/vip rescue or firing squad.

There is no official age requirement. We care more about maturity than age.

Send me a message if you are interested or want more information.

So it looks like this thread turned into a steaming pile of crap on the path of the tangent.

I may be behind on local news but I thought the APD field was closed for a while. If so, is it open again?

One of the guys at APD told me they have no clue when it will re-open again, but that was a few weeks ago.

Here is a new question for you guys:

I recently bought a Classic Army SL8-2 and want to upgrade it to somewhere within the 450 to 500fps range. I'm guessing I will need a better spring and gear set at least, but what other parts should I be looking for?

Also, is there a way to disable full-auto on the fire selector switch?

That looks like an awesome place to play. Lots of thick vegetation to use as cover along with the other barricades.

How large is that field?

Does APD chrono weapons? I upgraded some of the internals when I converted my M4 to an M16 and I honestly don't know what it shoots at now.

pssst... when i ask how many shots out of 10 your saw fires... then it breaks... the right answer is 2

Thanks for coming out, it was a blast, esp. all you new guys. I'll play with any of you any day

That saw normally fires ten out of ten... when it has ammo being fed to it. The gears in the auto-winding magazine locked up just after the round started. When I got home I stayed up to 2am cleaning those gears. Should be good to go next time.
