Hello community-its been a while since I've signed on:P
Any way I recently set up some bluing tanks and all additional equipment I need to hot blue and I would like to offer it to you guys first. I am working on my prices at the moment.
Any Pits that need to be removed from the surface of the firearm will increase the price-
I also have become skilled on my lathe at home and I can turn anything within reason-I charge $20 an hour for machine work but most jobs will be priced out ahead of time. I have access to quality metal stock for wholesale pricing so stock can be purchased through me-
I now have a full sized bridgeport mill for machining. Let me know if you have any work to be done:)
I am also looking for a bandsaw nothing super large horizontal or vertical do looking for something with a decent hour for heavier duty cutting used is preferred. Thank you
My number is 928-899-5944
E-mail genesisairsoft@yahoo.com
Thanks,
-Garrett

hey buddy.
you should post up some pics of some of the stuff that you have made so that people looking to commision work have an idea of the level of your skill and what stuff you can make.
for people that are thinking about getting work done. what he has is a manual lathe not a cnc machine. asking for 3d cad work is kinda pointless, he stated what kind of machine he had. if you do not know what kind of machine he has or have no knowlage of the abilities of the machine he is using, then please utilize whatever your prefered search engine is and get yourself some information on the machines capabilities and then make your requests accordingly.
thanks for reading.

I have a 3axis cnc, if you have the gcode or files... pm me.
Sorry to steal your thread man. I might take you up on some bluing sometime, there are a couple in my arsenal that would look good blued.

Looks like this forum is filling up with machinist pretty fast! If I ever get around to making any decent pieces out of steel, I'll make sure hit you up for the bluing! I'd definitely like to see some pictures of your work too.

He does machine work, there's no harm in asking if he's got access to additional equipment. Most people doing that sort of thing often know other people with machines.

If the CNC aspect comes together, I might have some work for you...

Mace, might he be qualified to a spot in the Dealers/Techs section?

Sounds Great! I had no idea this kind of response would result of the post:P I have a manual lathe, and will have a manual mill here within 2 weeks- I have the software to generate G-Code for CNC-I am CNC certified and have unlimited access to FeatureCam- I can draw up parts and generate code but I DO NOT have a way to run the part as far as the CNC aspect goes.
