Too much entry fee for a half-assed game. I vote for a refund.

Hold on bud, if we can set up a kick ass layout it might be okay. I still want to meet with someone before I make a definite decision

Ive got a big 35 foot trailer open bed that we can use to haul the hay with. I even got a 15 foot one as well. I can be there at 1pm to help.

On the upside, we have an aerial photograph of what the field looked like before the corn was cut, so we can theoretically still reproduce it, but if we wanted to we could put in some modifications here and there that could help gameplay, like actual COVER and such, which the corn didn't really provide.

As I understand it, the corn was cut a day or two ago. It's already gone.

Oh ok perfect. I asked because I didnt know if they were, say, cutting down friday, which in that case we wouldnt be able to work.

Maybe if the entry is reduced to, say $25.00.. Refund the difference to those who have prepaid, and make some back by $25 pay-at-the door.

That would be cool but why does the corn even matter that much?

So to clarify a few things,no one is more upset than my self.
1. I have taken a weeks worth of time off to help fearfarm get ready for the season.
2. between my self and fresnel we have spent over 200 man hours getting this event ready, talking to sponsors, and advertising.
3. we have spent our own personal cash to get all the props for the event.

That said we have a few options
The haybails are not to be moved thats non negotiable.

1. we run the event inside the two cqb houses.
2. we postpone the event and run it at the uac.
3. we do not run it at all and everyone is refunded.

If you would like a refund please send us an email to PhoenixShadowCompany@yahoo.com with your conformation number

As a form of our gratitude everyone who pre ordered will get a free admission to operation gold war part 2

that said if you have any questions about why the corn is going to be cut Roberts email address is
