M249 stock Box mag

How do you make the box mag run faster to keep up with a 7.4 lipo?

i would guess cut and solder a 9v smoke alarm type battery and plug to the box mag but im not sure it will burn out the winding part thats sound activated, the little speaker or whatever that picks up sound i too am looking to possibly put a lipo in my m249 maybe a 11.1 v lipo
