I'm kinda new to AA, so I've got a few questions:
1) Is there usually someone who brings a chronograph?
2) Do spring and gas guns need to be chronographed as well?
3) Are there any restictions on gas powered grenade shells?

Spring rifles and gas rifles do, GBBs normally don't need to be chronoed

No
