That sounds like what the owners of large investment firms and banks are probably telling their employees to make themselves feel better.

I read an article somewhere that for some corprate team building event they got some ex navy seals guys(or some former military) to train them up a bit, and I guess somewhere along with breaking down doors and doing fun stuff they started waterboarding people, you know that thing where they lay you down and pour water over your face to make you feel like you are drowing.
