Title: Deleting "zero post" accounts
Post by: Bob Z Moose on June 21, 2013, 11:13:56 PM
Being an occasional insomniac, I check AA on occasion late at night/early in the morning. At that time, there's a ton of these zero post accounts that are clearly spam bots. Isn't it possible to delete these accounts?

I think since new ones are created all the time it might be a wastes effort. But be thankful that they can't post anything lol.

Well I don't see how the could be spam bots if they aren't posting anything. But it's a good idea.

They can't post anything because we have an awesome forum lol. But it's got to do with al that info at the very bottom of the page.

Some of them advertising drugs without scripts, that's bad news...

Because that's a 24x7 job.  I can delete them in groups of 30.  There's probably 15,000 of them.

Thanks a bunch for trying XM, it does seem like a never ending problem, is this a common problem with most forums, kind of like weeding a lawn I guess, pull one and ten more pop up... Too bad we can't just spray them with Roundup...
Thanks Again XM :)

Some forums are overrun with spam posts too. Just glad that they can't post here.
