Looking for a metal m4 body. Can be beat up and abused, I'm going to be stripping it and cerakoting it anyways.

I've got some ICS M4 bodies if that will work for whatever you are doing.

Building M4 pistols, rather stay away from ICS just because I have nothing to support that gearbox style.
