Title: is it true?
Post by: aftermath_slayer_ on March 10, 2011, 11:52:37 PM
Im sorta new to airsoft, and i heard that for gas pistols all you need to do is go on evike or asgi and buy a top slide, and the bottom and then the pistol would work once you put the 2 peices together?  Is this true or do i have to buy a whole pistol.
Help? Any info??
Thank you.

Normally they come together.. the only one's i'v seen like that is the Glock from tm, that they sell in two peices to get around the Glock trade mark, on the "Look" Or "style" of Glock pistols.

Just buy the whole pistol. Especially if you're somewhat new to airsoft, it will save you a lot of time and hassle buying guns already put together than trying to put them together yourself. Some good GBB brands are KJW and KWA.

That's true, if the slide and body don't come with internals already (which I doubt they would), you're looking at a much bigger project than just buying your own gun.

There are many other components you have to get I suggest just buying a whole pistol. If you buy a whole pistol I suggest buying a kjw or kwa.
