Team Sauce recruitment

Hey people, myself and a few other people have created an unofficial team (named Sauce after one of the squads).  However, most of the guys except for me and maybe one other wouldn't consider it a team.  Sauce plays typically on semi-urban outdoor fields and we do use callsigns   We used to play at Fuji but due to... illegalities... we need a new field preferably in the Chandler-Gilbert region, however most are willing to travel as far as tempe on a regular basis.  If interested My only requirements are as follows:
- 17 years of age minimum
- Preferred weapon platforms (NOT required):
 AR: m4/ m16, HK416, HK417, ACR/ Masada
 LMG: m249 or m60
 SMG: mp5, mp7, mp9
 Sniper: no preference
- Must have your own money to pay for events once we have a large enough team
- Decent S-R and ambush abilities
- A radio is not required but recommended for certain events

*Uniform requires desert camouflage or tactical pants at minimum

What I don't get is what is up with the acceptible weapons list? shouldn't the one to decide what weapon one wants is the person buying it?

The weapon platforms shouldn't be a problem anyways, considering the vast majority of airsofters own an m4-based weapon, at least in my experience.

Everyone on Sauce is 17 or 18.  We usually go play on some unregistered field, so others that we play with range anywhere from 14 to 40.  We have a game tomorrow, but I would rather not publicly disclose the location or start time because we want to keep it small.
