the brain washing has started at a very young age if a 13 year old can even think he / she understands all the political and moral implications of what this or any war is about when the adults alive for 50 years can not always grasp what is going on and why.

maybe we should not have been in ww2 right. that generation grew up facing a depression, no gas, no cars, food rations, black outs, restrictions on travel...........what have you given up in the last four years?

except for the vets and the current troops ad their beloved familes, no one in the "real world" has given up a single thing, nothing, higher gas prices, not really, no tv nope, food shortages, no information blackout, I wish, the media is the enemy's biggest spy and supporter

kids, they blow up so easy, and our future leaders to boot. I am scared, now I understand all the stuff my grandfather said about living in the 30's and 40's and he was right to fear the new younger SOFTER generations.

m16-m4 and 223 are great for dogs and cats

for making people dead and taking them off their feet right now with one shot,  M14---308   socom- scout m14 event the new improved bullpup m14

even a sub gun for close up work with the 45 cal. round
why not use the ruger mini 14 way less expensive, more reliable , easy to take apart, comes in a folder stock, can be made full and semi auto....1 colt gets you 5 rugers

damn politicians, give them a gun and send them to war, let them find out first hand.

9mm and 223 are the throw back to a softer more gentle type of war where we wounded combatants and hope that will demoralize and slow enemy progress but the new enemy know two things

they want to kill all americans and they are willing to kill them self to do it, help them with a 308 to the skull

ask a vietnam vet,

use a round best useed for small game at medium range 100-200 yards or a round made to kill anything at 100-2000 yards with the right trigger puller (Marine or army)

personally i think it is a great idea, keeps them from coming out to our games.

I hope (names withheld)  can pull it off. What I saw of them in action was sub par, but they know how to camp out and drink. Nice gear though, I guess

but that said maybe what we should do is copy the idea, we need 6-7 more spots just like that where the elite can gather and tell them selves how cool they are and how lame the rest of Arizona Airsofters are.

I am over 21, own my own business, have the cash $300, $500, $3000 whatever and  still would not give it to them for CHITE.

The cash would be better spent on my kid's education, fix my roof, repaint one of my cars a new color, burn it on top of a pile of dog poop

After 4 years serving my country (in the infantry 0351, not a ranger cook, or combat clerk) and now finding a hooby where I can exercise my need to shoot people with out the dead part, it would have been nice to get away from the A$$es in the world, but alas I see that even in the sport of airsoft there is always 1 or 2 or 5 or enough not to care to count!

I wish them the best of luck and truly hope they sign up several hundred people to join.

General Airsoft Discussion / replicas very bad
« on: January 22, 2007, 11:55:57 PM »
There is a state Michagan, wisconsin one of those that has already passed the toy gun law.
My customer went all over the state looking for a toy for his grandson just to be told that if he gets one, or buys one and then brings it home he would do time for sure. Sounds like a crazy story I made up but it is true. Just wish I could remember which state, and along those lines there are city goverments that have passed or are working and passing no sales of, transfer of, or possesion or a toy , replica, airsoft, blue trainer, red trainer pistol or rifle.  THIS IS FOR REAL AND ALREADY IN PLACE.

I can just see the cops pulling you over as you move into the state to "check" to see if you have contraband TOY guns, and BB guns are treated just like an unregistered, illegal gun in these same places and you become an automatic phelon. Cool!?

Jefferson, Paine, Whashington would all be very pissed the country has ended up on this very slippery slope of social decay, and more laws than ever before, do you fell safer for them? You can cross the border and have rigths but a citizen can not have a toy or replica of a handgun, where is the justice?

'good times, glad to have seen you all there it was a lot of fun, Thanks Reaver.

To all that were there, that river run is a blast we need to scale it up with more players and a third team running down the middle of the creek bed, instead of just the one team on one side and the other team on the other.

Adds a third demesion to the whole skirmish at the creek bed.

being told what to do is what a good trooper does.   BUT

I would encourage any one at any game run by any jerk to say something on the spot, no other way to fix the problem right then and there.
Lets not fall victim to " I was afraid to offend them at his own game"

You would not have hurt my feelings by speaking up, I have always asked for it, even while at TAN base saturday morning, I said hey we got this scen., could take 1 hour 2 or more after that you guys like to try something new at this new spot chime in" all I got was alot of blank hung over stares of incredulity.
I have spent time with the best in the world, you think some civies with airsoft guns or going to get me mad or upset. If my DI couldn't break me you think that some  airsofter will?  'Upset' is when no one has the balls to say " I would like to try this or can we split like that"

GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL

over, out.

PLEASE TO EVERY ONE I DON'T MIND THE CRITIQUE! it is the only way to know want every one wants. I had several ops planned, but without more Tucson support those plans went bad fast.

I don't take anything anyone says as a slam.

I have helped plan and run real MIL exercises with real grunts while in the S3 office of 2/7 1st Mar Div, those had to be run time and time again. It is called training for a reason.  I just didn't want to treat you all like boot recruits giving orders and demands or commands as to how you want to fight your own war.

What can people expect, some of us have never talked to each other, never trained with each, never express what they would like to see on the battle field ........and then everthing is supposed to work with stop watch  precision the very first time? Please.

I was there this morning, in and out and played acouple games, the last one accross the river run was still the best and we had the most fun, oh that was a pick up game we all put together together on the spot, no one complained, ask Spaz if you went home early how it went.

pictures are cool though.

As to the game comment, I did not say AIRSOFT GAMES I said COMBAT OR COMBAT TRAINING, I will still take the hit for not prepping each and every person down to the last detail next time we can overwhelm you with a ton of  intel before the next game so you can make a better decision as to ever come down  or not again.

Still thanks to everyone that spent money for gas to come down .

I will take the hit on every bad thing that went down.

You all can take credit for all the good that went down, that fact that Tucson was weak should not have been a surprise to any one, I have stated if before.

As to game play, all it was about was shooting people. Did'nt you get to do that?

Was there any other game any one eles had planned, what else would you have been doing , the lawn care? And for the few that SALVAGED  the game good, too bad no ideas from any one came in BEFORE the op. I will script it out next time. LIKE A MIL OP, DOWN TO EVERY DETAIL EVERY SCENARIO, NO ALLOWANCES FOR WHAT PLAYERS WANT FROM THE GAME

Colors: Why you have the best gear around but only one set of camies is well beyound me, you may have a  $700 dollar gun and you can't buy another set of camies to be more adaptable to your situation, shame on you.

Oh AND when did you ever go to combat where there wasn't any fog of war, or great com, or plans worked after the first bullets started to fly.  IT'S CALLED COMBAT MIL SIM, NOT LIVE INTERACTIVE VIDEO GAMES!

sorry for the confusion, my bad.

I guess next time I can take over, be a head dick, tell everyone how and where and when , oh boy that sounds like fun already.

Let me know when you set up your own game, I will come to play at yours and see how you run it. I have room to learn more but I remeber very few playeres putting in ideas BEFORE the op, but after the fact it is very easy to BIATCH isn't it?
In fact reading back through the posts only one person sent in an idea and he did not even show up.

I guess I can run a more organized scripted game down to time lines , regs, rules, no room for changes, or other peoples good ideas , if your late for the opening brief you don't play type hard nose stuff, just like a real MIL. op, or if your out numberd two to one who cares , you adapt and overcome, it is a war simulation, when do you ever go to battle with the best of conditions,  YOU HAVE NO SAY LIKE IT OR NOT, if you ever served you know what I am taling about, 90% sit 10% action , unless you in country right now in Iraq, it was still better than staying home wishing there was game to attend some where by some one.

To ALL YOU BAD ASS MO FOS THAT CAME DOWN TO HAVE FUN, A BIG THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY MAG WELL! YOU GUYS KNOW WHO YOU ARE, YOUR THE REAL DEAL AMOUNG A FEW TWISTED PANTY KNOTS.
