Good to know, perhaps after it has dried you could hit it with some emery cloth or do a fade over the top with a flat khaki or OD. I have yet to mess with it.

I used Satin-finish "Italian Olive" Krylon on my SPR, Dave.

After it get's dirty, the sheen goes away.

No one shot me in the face.

I found he is selling it for $450. Isn't that kind of high for a springer?

It's not a "springer", it's a spring powered sniper rifle.

450 for this gat is a deal, like Gantaliano said.

Where do you recommend to purchase the paint, Ive looked at walmart and Home Depot and all they seem to have is Flat Black, the other paints are all semi Gloss.

Wal-mart should have lots of it.
I do know, that in the paint area my wal-mart almost fooled me into thinking they had hardly any paint.  They had a stand with 3 colors...then nowhere near that stand they had full shelf of paint, if you've found the full shelf and it's the camo paint you're looking for..Ask a stocker or look a little harder...Maybe they don't sell a lot of the flat camo paints so they keep very little on hand and forgot to put a new box of it out when it sold off the shelf?  It should be there though.

Out range this!!

since this thread was recently activated... i just have to ask... was it really necessary to kill the snake? i mean if you had the time and thought to pull out the gun AND the camera, could the energy used be directed more towards avoidance or deterrence? seems less like defence at that point and more like senseless destruction of wildlife. you better have eaten that thing! :-p
