looks cool... but i wouldnt want to be lugging that thing around on the field, unless of coarse i mount it on a vehicle... and i agree its pretty damn expensive. i would just go with a SAW since they are a hell of a lot lighter.

I can't speak to the A&K/Echo 1 M240, but the Trigger Happy M240 is lighter than any of the M249s.  It is made of aluminum.

I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter what you wear so long as you hold your rifle above your head and yell "(LOCAL SPORTS TEAM)!"
