Specific battery charging question

OK I just got an SR-16 from Chase, and I haven't heard from him since last Tuesday and I don't know how long to charge my battery for (8.4v. 1300mah) with the charger he sent as I can't read japanese. Has anyone bought a battery and charger from him and know how long to charge it for.
