Briefing: Acquired and Modified personally in house just this month. Switching to a chest rig for the summer and plan on getting a different carrier later on so I have no real need for this and would rather have the extra money. Carrier has been modified in the following ways, Closed Top pouches snipped off, top row velcro which would have been the third row of molle was removed, and the elastic cummerbund has been stitched into the carrier.
