What gears should I get?

The gears stripped on my KWA SR5. So now, I need a new set. I was thinking about getting the CA high speed helical gears, but a reliable source told me not to get those. He said that I should get high torque gears, but this is a cqb gun, Im not pulling back a big spring, it isnt meant for fps. So now Im confused. What should I do?
