Okay, so the TC-2000s on ebay are $29.99 each.  Shipping is then $19.99 each.

That comes out to $59.98.

Their website is selling the TC-2002s for $59.99.
All orders above $50 receive free shipping to any state in the U.S.

That comes out to $59.99.

I'd rather go with a TC-2002.

If you want to buy a TC-2002 for $59.99, feel free.

The point of this particular thread is to find out who would be interested in a helmet so that we can see if perhaps a discount is available if several helmets are purchased at once.

If a discounted rate can apply to a "mixed" selection of helmets (TC-2000s, or TC-2001s, and TC-2002s) then thats great.  If it can't, THIS group purchase is for replica TC-2000s.

My post did sound rather pompous.

My main intent was to inform others that may be interested in the TC-2001 that it is not much more expensive.

If whoever is currently discussing the discount with the seller could get him to throw in a TC-2001 in tan I'd be interested.  I would also greatly appreciate it.

Nah, its cool.

I hadn't really considered it, but you're right.  If it ends up that a reduced price can be had regardless of helmet type, its quite alright for anyone to get whatever style helmet they like.

I haven't asked the seller yet, so its possible that there is no discount available.

It was once believed that Chuck Norris actually lost a fight to a
pirate, but that is a lie, created by Chuck Norris himself to lure more pirates to him. Pirates never were very smart.

I want an OD 2002.

If I can get in on the group buy, great.  Let me know.

BTW, you guys are going Woodland for OPI3, right?  Then why the Tan pots?

As soon as possible.  Raith has contacted the seller, and we hope to have a price figured out soon.  Then it's just a matter of collecting the money, and placing the order.

I believe only "Large/Medium" are available.

I plan on using a helmet cover, but I am going with tan because I think it looks the coolest.

I've dealt with this ebay seller's retail website before. He's good for the gear and all, but he's a little spotty with airsoft guns. Maybe it's just his wording on the site, but there have been claims of completely full metal M93RIIs on his site when he doesn't have any in stock.

As for the helmet thing, why don't you guys try cheaperthandirt.com, I'm getting my MICH from them and the whole thing shipped was like $40.

Did you mean a 2001 or a 2002?

Just so everyone is on the same page:

2000:

2001:

2002 (aka "Gunfighter" version):
