Cylinder head!!!!

I got some new upgrades I want to put in my aps2. My problem is I cant get the cylinder head off. I tryed everything, I am assumeing I turn to the left which I have been. My method is needle nose pliers in the two holes and turn left. No luck, any sugestions???
