And also,
It gets to be monotonus when paging through the game pics... maybe you could use some code that looks like "<a href="javascript:about...." and then would come some wierd syntax that does a link to picture "x" + 1 on the numeric values within the strings (This might be hard)... I'll try and see what code I can come up with in the next few days.

I'm not sure what you mean about not being able to PM someone from their Bio's.  Depending on what each member subscribes to, you can IM them through AOL Messenger, or Yahoo Messenger, or IRC right from their Bio's.

I have a hard time understanding yellowmonkey in general. Must be a "generation gap" thing. Oh well. You CAN PM someone straight from their bio provided they are hooked up w/ one of the popular instant messaging services.

well what I meant was "PM" as in using the Airsoft Arizona Boards private message thing. You know... how u have a little message box that you can check to see if you have any messages from people who use the board, it's built right into the forum system it seems. (unless the other IRC programs have integrated themselves within the forum PM system... in which case somebody should kick me.)

(don't look at the section below if you don't know anything about programming... it will just annoy you.)

And on another note... I don't think that there is a viable way link the pics in the game picture section of the main sight using Javascript or HTML... you would have to do it all by hand or make a program intrgrated into the forms to do it. E.g. using some form of proceedural oriented BASIC you could have your program automatically search of the next file with a numeric increment of 1 in the file name (which is a string)... but that would be too much of a pain, and probably eat up bandwidth.

I could, but that would effectively *double* the space used for pictures on the web site which (as it stands now) is already at about 150 MB for pictures alone...  that would be the only thing I'd have against it...

One day when I am really bored, I will get to making thumbnails and/or automating thumbnailing somehow...

hey don't worry about it guys... my friend and I are working on an active x control that will integrate itself with MSIE and will display the pics directly from the directory...(URL). There's gonna be a few days more for debugging, but it's almost finished. I attribute the creation of this to my friend, he is doing all the work, I'm just assisting.

Criminies Paco, I just tried to "PM" you but it said you didn't want any... I guess you just want me to post everything ** He doesn't like me :( ** Anyways, once I got this thing comleted and debugged, shall I just send it to you? Because any responsible admin would want to review the code, should I send it to you or someone else (are you good with Visual Basic?)?
