I'll take a look at it.  I've upgraded and downgraded about 6 G36's, so I'm pretty comfortable with the little quirks.

Hey KamikazeSM.  I have a question.  On the G36C, when the gun is at rest, should the air nozzle be completely seated into the barrel, to where you cant see the front edge of it, or should it be back a little.  THis is the only thing that I can think it to be.  Any other suggestions would be great.  My buddy just bought an m4 and I just got my 44 magnum, so id like to fix it before I see you at a game.

If you fire the gun a couple times on semi it should be resting forward.  Did you put the tappet plate back on the groove of the nozzle when you put it back together?  You may have slipped the tappet plate behind the nozzle or in front of it which could be causing your problem.

Harley is the master... what I know I learned from him and trying it out on my own. It does sound like a tappet problem.

Very good advice, but that isnt the problem, its secured properly.  I skirmished with my buddy yesterday and today, and it only fired two about one time.  I think Im good now, thanks for all your help guys.  If it goes weird again, I'll let you know at the game.

Did you spray silicone lube down the barrel or inside the hopup?  That will cause you to shoot two or three BB's at once since the hopup is too slippery to stop them.  Clean your barrel thoroughly and wipe it dry.

Know about fixing problems? First broken aeg
« Reply #9 on: July 11, 2003, 10:04:54 PM »
I got my new G36C and figured it would be like upgrading an m4 I never had a problem before.

Semi auto is broke, and Im shooting 3 bbs at a time.  I put an m120 spring in, and i guess i got cocky.  Any help to fix it would be greatly apprecited.  I think it shoots too hard now, so I jsut want to fix it into perfect working order with the regular spring.  Boy, it shoots like a bat out of hell, no chrono though.  The plastic sliding peice of the trigger sticks, I think i put the trigger back together wrong.  A blow up of a gear box would be great.  Email me or just post if you can help out.  Thanks a bunch.  Maybe ill make the next game.
