I like your forum name. My recommendation is to look at used offerings. There is a surplus of AR replicas and you can save quite a bit of money buying used. My favorite brands are Classic Army and GP. Go for a metal body and avoid anything plastic; you will notice the difference later on. Happy hunting and good luck!

The new KWA's are great, the only downside besides the barrell wobble which was fixed is the PEQ box, not really a problem, but some people dont like it. I will get it rewired to the back soon though. But yeah, CA's are great externally and so-so internally(from my experiences), but nothing like they were broken, just needed a bit of tweaking. If you dont want to spend a lot on a gun though the new CA sportlines are good out of the box, and from what i've seen Echo 1 has really increased their quality.

The first AEG I picked up was a used CA CQBR with slight upgrades.
With a good battery and a tight bore it's been my go to gun even though I've
added alot to my collection. Don't get a used one unless it's in full working condition,
easy $5 fixes never are what appear. If it was that cheap and easy it would have been
done selling IMHO.

Thanks for the Advice, I have been looking at CA sites for a few days and still seems a bit overwhelming, I will probalby just save up some money then make a choice at that point, was looking at the forum for Used equipment and will keep my eyes on that for a while, Im looking foward to getting my AEG and participating in a few games before the weather gets TOO hot.

As I see that no one has posted any sites yet, i decided to do so. I like these two, aswell as the for sale section on here.

Okay I broke down and went to Gearbox airsoft adn purchased an Echo 1 M4, It seemed like a decent entry level Weapon for the money I had to spend on it, flip up front and rear sites, RIS/RAS system, Vertical Handle, Collapsable stock. Ron helped me a great deal explained how Upgradeable the weapon was both functionally and cosmetically, Now I cant wait to get out and use it,  I do have a question, someone mentioned a FPS Reducer, anyone out there have any info on these.  I have a good idea what its for, but not sure how to use one or where to get one.

Thanks
Falcon

theres two, a tokyo marui and a pro arms one. I bought a TM to use and it works very well. You put these tension rings(theres like 5 of them of differnt thickness and color) depending on how much velocity you want to reduce. I have a E1 shooting at 360 and with the lowest ring it shoots at 330. The only problem with these is that they do not work when you fire fast or on auto. Oh and how it works and by putting back pressure on the bb to slow it down(full auto neglates the back pressure).
