I'm grounded!
« on: April 22, 2005, 06:40:55 PM »
OK, I'm actually too old to be grounded and I haven't done anything wrong but either way I don't expect I'll be playing for a month or so, unfortunately that probably includes tomorrow. In the process of shopping for a home and the weekends are really the only time the wife and I are free to go look at houses so....

But once we have it you all can come over for a housewarming shoot maybe, LOL.

Ouch, house hunting... I was just doing that the last couple of weeks... Pulte Homes is still building in Coolidge for pretty reasonable prices, starting at $248k for 4100 sqr, which is a pretty good deal.

Dang! Have you been working as a contrator in Iraq?  :) Though it is a great deal for the square footage per dollar, if you can afford the overall price.

No contractor, just and Engineer.  View the house as an investment.  Real Estate has been going through the roof the last 3 yrs

Coolidge huh... you'd almost be my neighbor Andy, I'm just up the road in Johnson Ranch.

And Im another 20 minutes the other way! I personally would not want to live in coolidge, whether its the new or older neighborhoods... I remember when our house cost around 200 for a 4500sq ft.

I used to skydive out of coolidge in the summers, a little closer than Eloy and a lot cheaper.  The area sucks for hunting though.....
