Title: SWAT Training and Adventure May 29 - 30 at EPPD Academy

MTT will be hosting a two-day SWAT Adventure on May 29 and 30 at the El Paso Police Department Academy with the West Side Explorers Post.  Two spaces have opened up for the trip.  Each space is $100 and includes transportation and lodging for two nights in El Paso.  The carpool will be departing at 4 pm Friday and return about 11:30 pm on Sunday.  Spaces available to those 18 and up only.

Event Info:
Two days of intense training and law enforcement simulation adventures using airsoft training weapons at the El Paso Police Academy and SWAT shoot house.    

Day 1
-Weapon Safety
-Weapon Operation and Marksmanship Training
-Individual and Paired Shooting Techniques
-Shooting from Cover
-Team Formation and Movement Techniques

Day 2
-Deliberate and Dynamic Room Clearing
-Fighting around Vehicles
-Vehicle Bailout Drills
-Force Continuum and Use of Deadly Force Discussion
-Scenario Training:  Barricaded Suspect, Active Shooter, Multiple Active Shooters, Complex Ambush

Required Equipment
Sealed Eye Protection
Shooting Glasses
Tactical Uniform with Boots
Airsoft Rifle < 375 FPS with .25 bb's
Four Rifle Magazines
Tactical Vest or Plate Carrier
Retal Equipment is available for $40
