Sounds good to me Charlie.  And I dont think anyone here wants to ban minors just regulate them some how. So the banning issue needs to stop because it is not an issue.  I feel that those who want to learn will learn from those who are willing to teach and those kids who do not wish to learn will keep making stupid posts.

Hell, don't just regulate the under-16's!  There are 13-year-olds with good posts, and 30+ year-olds that spew pointless crap.  If you want to single out someone for closer watch, try the "newbies" - most of the worthless posts I've seen have been by them.

Sorry I should of clarified, that I believe some wished to regulate minors posts in some way. I wouldnt want to regulate in the way most people would probally think. To me regulating could be as simple as letting someone know that the post was truely and self evident to be worthless by way of a PM.  Eventually mabye they will get the hint.
