That's what we used to call Lance Corporals back in the day.  Did you guys use it for E-3 too?  That or Lance General.  Of course you guys don't have Lance Corporals.

All I can say is  "LETS SEE HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS ISSUE IN 18-20  YEARS," when you have a family of your own, alot of you younger guys are still living under Mommy and Daddy roofs, When you have kids and its your job to proved and protect them your views change!
This is a cruel  hard world, not everyone gets along and theres people that would asume kill you then to look at you!
