when you put it all together make sure the piston doesn't rotate out of place, ported cylinders help with assembly.

I'm looking for someone with a pts masada willing to let me model the spring guide. I'm planning on making it out of 6061 or 7075 which ever i can find. If i produce it I will present you with the first model. All i need is 30min- 1 hour of measuring and you will be on your merry way.

you can get 400 easy out of e1 with nozzle and hop up changes. I found g and p aluminum nozzle and madbull ultimate hop up work well in that platform.

it really depends on which generation of jg you bought if you can post a pick of the gearbox i would be able to tell you the good the bad the ugly. If your jg has 5 bolts on the spine of the box it is one of the newer models. In my opinion the quality has suffered between this generation and the last generation.

a cnc machine only. No you can use a small file, Dremel if you handy with it. Or if you are a real craftsman you could even use a chisel.
