Title: Basic Infantry Guide for the average airsofter
Post by: -MAD- SARGE on May 22, 2013, 06:26:16 PM
I'm posting this for those who wish to work on improving their level of effectiveness but have no idea where to start. Even though this introduction is for a computer game called Arma 3, I still think that most of it is still relevant in the airsoft world.  For those who might not understand what they are talking about otherwise, they do a decent job of showing you what they mean.

Topics covered; Awareness, positioning, contact, shooting.

Topics covered; Contact reports, movement, slicing the pie, other items to consider when operating in a unit.

I've always loved the Arma series!  The first two were a bit rough around the edges but this one is not only beautiful; it looks like they've improved the AI tenfold!

As for the videos, great guides!  Makes me think of some of the stuff I really need to work on.

those graphics are OTHER-WORLDLY. It really sucks that a good gaming computer that could run Arma would cost an arm and a leg.

I have ARMA 3 Alpha and it doesn't take much. My computer is only like $600
