There is only one para, the p14 is destinct not only for its superior accuracy as a real steel pistol, but because it has a wider frame to accomadate a double stack p14 mag. KJW is making a single stack 1911 now though.

Yeah, I saw that on another forum. I wanna get one.. those look like they'd be good guns. I hear the mags don't hold that much gas.

There the exact same as the KJW para...except its a single stack mag so you only get 13+1 shots so you dont need much gas. People say the single stack guns feed better..but ive never had a misfeed with any GBB, single or double stack..So Its not really any different. Dude how many pistols do you need? Geesh.

The KJW para and single stack 1911 are both direct knock off's of the Western Arms versions...Same performance, less than 1/2 the price.

Busta, if Propane goes through the mag will it hurt it? I let Dave borrow one of my mag, and he might be using propane. But not in my Para

Edit: Now about 400rds through it, just one screwup. Not a bad gun, but a tad bit inaccurate. A great cqb handgun, though.

Nope, I wouldn't use propane in someone else's gun.  Even though I add silicon oil/spray every 2-3 fills in the resovior, I still wouldn't risk your mag with it.  But  propane will not eat away at your seals if you add the silicon oil.  You'd have to be pretty dumb to go straight up propane.

Edit:  I only had one mishap while using green and/or redgas today.  With a small load of green gas ~2 seconds, I got 15 shots off.  Red gas with a ~2 second fill I got about 18.  After the 15th shot it splurged out gas, and after the 18th with the red, it just went *whisp*  Mike hit my para 3x in a row today before finally hitting me, I was trying to reload my glock and he nailed me.  He just got the HFC Full metal beretta CO2.  Pretty rad gun.  Full metal (duh) and a contour hand grip.  Justin and mike had a 10 min battle going on... CO2 Dual

It will eventually. Why risk your gun breaking anyways? Everyone ive talked to that used propane said there seals and orings cracked or went bad after just a few days or weeks of use. And one guy told me he cracked 2 slides in a week & blew all his orings... But go ahead..use propane..your gun not mine :P

Everyone can relate with some crappy gas guns!!!! I would recommend a Western Arms, However I am not sure that would be under 200. They generally all metal and kick some a-- with power!!!! However, I have found the new Marui 5.1 high cap to realy be tight. Its the most acurate GBB I have ever seen. It's under 200 bucks and AEX is also carring the upgrades springs/valves. It Only uses HFC 134, and it holds 31+1 in the mags.  I would buy it from them!!!! Its the next GBB I am going to buy!!!

They only sell two Western Arms pistols...pistols other than infinity and SV series are plastic..like the 1911's or m9's etc.
