Left 4 Dead
« on: November 13, 2008, 12:33:44 AM »
I don't know if anyone is interested in this game, but the demo was just released through Steam. It gives you two small portions of the game to play by yourself, or with 3 other people. Its pretty friggen great. If you want to shoot zombies, like shooting zombies, or zombies in any way, shape, or form, I suggest you check it out. I recommend playing with the sound up, and all the lights off.

I saw adds for it on steam but now it seems even better, I am gonna go try it now.

EDIT: wow either my computer sucks or this game is intense because it has a 4.7 DAY download period for me

Been playing since the advance order demo came out last week.  Great game, and the demo is only two levels so far, the easiest/tutorial ones essnentially.  Amazing game, the random AI editor does a great job of creating fucked up situations everytime.

I am on PC, Steam: Altered_Soul (or GunmanX, I can't remember which one is my ID).

played the demo on LIVE and all I can say is wow, the zombies seem to strike at the least expected time.....the other players i played with were smart and stuck together and that seemed to help like an extra 1%. Great game! I actually did play it with the sound up and the lights off, it made the game experience tons better

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.

That is when the full game unlocks. It will only take about 45 minutes to get DLed all the way.

The demo was pretty sick, I've been following this game for a while. The CzM and I are getting the full copy for the 360.

Game is neat, i actually find the smokers quite cool. Specially online co-op, suddenly out of no where you see your buddy get reeled up to the cealing lol. Plus, i do like how its different everytime, how guns will be places in different areas, zombies spawn in difference places, the hordes come from different areas, boomers and hunters come at all different times everytime you die or restart. You can tell they modeled it off DOD:S which is cool but meh. Still a good game, ganna be awesome m/p.

PS 1.6 OWNS, source is cool but 1.6 is epic. In no other game can you awp through one building and kill an enemy 2 buildings over, accidently. Epic.

Well, this game unlocked around 10PM Arizona time, so if you are playing on PC, post your steam id.

I play this on X360.

My gamertag is my full name.

If you don't know that; we probably wouldn't have very much fun playing together.

Deathbydanish,
I tried to add you to steam, but it didn't work. Are you playing PC? I primarily play coop, but I've ventured into versus mode, its sooooo fucking awesome.
