We had a great time during the IASP shoot Saturday morning April 12th, looking forward to seeing more of you airsoft shooters. The next IASP match is the Summer Grand Canyon State Games IASP Match June 21 @ Shoot Right. This match is open to airgun (co2 .177 pellets) & airsoft. Come down to Shoot Right on Tuesdays or Thursdays 12pm to 8pm and see what the range layout will look like and do some range time. To let you know you may not want to use a hop up in your gun plus you will want to find your best  flat shooting gun as you can. Targets are placed 18ft to 30ft you have 8 shots or 30 sec. to complete each string of 5 for that stage. There is 4 stages each stage has 5 strings. IASP will be up dating/revising posting the updated rules and program in the next week. We took some video we are going to try to get it posted to our facebook page. General Airsoft Discussion / Re: Airsoft Indoor field????
« on: April 02, 2014, 07:53:46 AM »
It will have a indoor field and a different area for the indoor range. The range will have action steels/3gun this will give those who are waiting something to do until it's there time on the field. Each day we will do the fastest action steels or 3gun time daily a free bottle of bb's.
Do not get us wrong we like Tempe and VIP we believe our valley is big enough for 3 indoor fields Phx metro valley has 4 million plus people. With airsoft growing the way it is this would help bring in more new people into the sport or another choice.

« on: April 01, 2014, 07:27:23 PM »
I have a question would you like to see a new airsoft indoor field in the Phx Metro area? This would be placed in Central Valley.
Sound off?
If you do would you be will to help find donations/donors to make this happen?
With proshop, airsoft/airgun tec, rifle and pistol courses. Steel target, 3 gun, tac training, airgun/ airsoft 10 meter and 25yd shooting lanes to shoot on and site in your guns with a classroom/meeting room. Once a year would run an airgun/airsoft expo and shoot.

We are certified NRA/USA Shooting/CMP shooting Rifle and Pistol coaches and Certified Range Safety Officers instructors. Our group has X Army Inf & LE that are looking to do this project.
Even a Indoor Archery Range 5 to 8 lanes 10yd, 45 ft, 20yd and 25yd Indoor.

Our group run a 501 c 3 Non Profit shooting Club looking for help and input. We are looking for members every member we get will help make this project happen. We are looking for new board members for the different shooting Divisions that would help run this project.

The full rules and program is posted on the web site http://www.shootrightaz.org/67.html
You do not have to do the training If I was someone who does not know the rules range commands etc. I would come down one time to Shoot Right range before the shoot to get a understanding on what to do.
We are looking to start a Steels league in April at CAASES/Shoot Right Education and Training center.

If you do not have time to come and see us before Thursday we are going to be at the Ben Avery Expo this weekend it is free to go to. We will be shooting some of the steel targets at the expo.

Remember Airsoft shooters Dec 13th and 14th 2014 AZ Airgun/Airsoft Expo and shoot.

Airguns and airsoft offer an excellent alternative to firearms, and as a tool to maintain proficiency with firearm skills. They also assist the shooter with an easier transition into firearms, as many of today’s products are excellent mimics to firearms. As well, it is easier to correct shooting mistakes when teaching techniques using these choices.

International Air Steels Program (IASP) is shooting any CO2 or gas powered multi-shot air-pistol/rifle or airsoft pistol/rifle that is similar in design to any “real steel” semi automatic rifle, pistol or revolver. It is a totally inclusive sport with shooters of all ages (8 – adult) and abilities competing together. Safety is a priority so those new to the sport will be required to have a safe gun handling course. It is very necessary to understand all safety, range commands, rules, body position, grip & hold.
