The g36 and ump are mine, I didnt think he would post them to sell.

**edit so its not a respost. - they were my guns I let him hold onto them for safe keeping and he is posting them for sale, dont mean to keep bumping this but I don't take this kind of crap from "friends".

Ok. VERY disturbed if I bought stolen property. As an officer of the courts in Maricopa county, I strongly suggest that this be "made right", and very quickly. The true owner of the G36 I bought for $120 cash, on Saturday, November 13th, at approximately 11:45 a.m., in Maricopa county, needs to have $120.  If he wants to get the gun back, I will arrange to meet him and re-exchange $120 for that airsoft gun.

I suggest you all work this out, as I would be the best witness in court that either of you can possibly imagine. By the way, trafficking in stolen property in violation of 13-2307(b) is a Class 2 Felony, punishable by anything from felony probation, to 12.5 years in prison, for a first offense. (Homicide is Class 1, Possession of Marijuana is Class 6)

This may seem like all fun and games, but in Arizona, you boys and girls are playing with some serious fire. This is your wakeup call.

I await a PM, telling me how this has been resolved, I need not take further action if you can work it out amongst yourselves.

I really don't want to see anybodies life ruined by a dispute between friends over a stupid 120 dollar airsoft gun. The laws in Arizona are draconian, please take care of this between yourselves. Come up with the money between you, or borrow it to get the gun back, and then just pay your friend back over time. Now that you got me involved, you can't just ignore this and hope it goes away. I'm not going to wait too long before I turn the gun in as "stolen", along with everything I know about contacting you two. That will make me a "victim", and the case will begin. Once it begins, none of us can stop it.

Please don't make this happen.

Despite all your serious ideas, this sounds exactly like a shitty episode of court TV.....

Will the court please rise... first up, the case of AA vs Ahole......

He soldz me a stolen gun marm!
AWWWW HELLLL NAWWW  I AXED YOU FIRST!!! I AXED YOU!!!!

SILENCE IN THE COURT

So let me see..... mr. prosecution, you wish me to send a boy, a youth, to prison for 12.5 years because, he sold you a toy that wasn't his to sell, in the amount of $120, is that correct?

Yessum

You are serious with this right.....?

Yessum

....... the defendant is to found guilty and will be ordered to repay the amount of $120 and return the property to its rightful owner.... failure to comply will result in the seizure of your piggy bank, and the retrieval of all past and future toothfairy income until the issue is resolved.....

BUT I AXED HIM!!!!!

SILENCE!! Bubba! Get this kid out of here....

NEXT!!!!!

I mean really?
