I think I may still want that Quad Rail for the M4.

Whats the highest spring the motor can pull?

Okay. The quad rail is great and should be able to fit on most standard M4 forward assemblies.

As for the motor, it pulled back my M120 just fine. From reviews it can pull up to M140's. But the ROF decreases after M120.

Well it's a nice RIS to begin with. And no the clearance between the RIS and the outer barrel doesn't allow for a battery.

Even for a lipo as tiny as this?
I can't gurantee it will work. if you have this battery we can always check if it fits when ever it is we meet up.
