Krylon -

I wasn't close enough while painting my gun, but calling their customer service helped me figure it out, and they sent out two new cans within a week without any question or need for proof of actually buying them.

Wellco -

A pair of my Wellco boots came apart, and Wellco replaced them very quickly and without getting the old ones back first. Same as before, excellent service and a definite two thumbs up for Wellco.

And of course, I can't mention Wellco without mentioning Practical Tactical. Tim hooked me up!

I LOVE my VCL-ICB's. They required pretty much no break in what so ever and have kept me from slipping and falling, or twisting my ankle a few times goin down those hills.  Even though their not water proof mine still didnt get wet inside when going through 3" deep water... And of course Tim has great prices on all the gear you need. And hes local so thats a plus.

Airsoft Extreme -

I have done business with them many, many times, and on the occasion that something does get screwed up (even if it's my fault :D) they will pay for return shipping and have good customer support to boot.
They also didn't mind talking to me long distance (even though they were picking up the tab). I must also say they have a great selection of things Airsoft.

Tactical Tailor -

I recently bought a lot of stuff from Tactical Tailor, and there were about 4 or 5 errors.  (Sending the wrong item, sending the incorrect amount, etc)  But they made everything right very quickly (Overnight) and let me keep about $100 of gear that they had accidentally sent me.

Broke the lens to my combatlight by dropping the bezel on concrete. Emailed Surefire, told them that it was broken, and all they asked was for my mailing address. Package came a few days later.

Tactical Assault Gear -

Great selection of stuff. Run entirely by active Marines and Navy in San Diego. Great guys with FAST service. I did an email/phone transaction (the only way to get next-day delivery from them) with them mid-day on wed before OP:LC3 and I was worried that I wouldn't get my stuff in time. They got it to me on thursday no problem. They were also out of my size in the gloves I ordered, so they included a very nice TAG shirt with my order and a handwritten explanation. These guys are GREAT!

Both of these manufacturers were good to me, and I figure the least I can do is spread the word.

Camelbak -

On two separate occasions, I've had leaky Camelbak reservoirs, and both times, Camelbak has sent me new ones, without any fuss or returning the defective product or even proof that I even owned what I got a replacement for.  Very good in my book.

The first item they replaced even had to be sent twice, because the first time it was lost in the mail.  Again, no fuss there, and when the 2nd one arrived, it had some pretty fast shipping on it, too.

Wellco -

A pair of my Wellco boots came apart, and Wellco replaced them very quickly and without getting the old ones back first.  Same as before, excellent service and a definite two thumbs up for Wellco.

1800nametape.com / Spurnametapes -

This company rocks! Ive ordered three times from them and never had a problem. My first order was for personal name tapes, the second was for a custom name tape, and I recently ordered some Dog Tags. All 3 transactions went very smoothly and I received the items on the expected dates. The build/stitch quality of all 3 were very good. Look into them when you want to get some embroidered nametapes/insignias etc.

Knight's Armament Co. - One phonecall to a nice woman in Florida sent 2 rear screws for my M4 RAS on their way to my house, free of charge, no questions asked.  Most items have NSNs for easy re-ordering.

http://www.knightarmco.com

Paraclete Armor - Very helpful over the phone.  Product knowledge was very extensive, fast shipping, all items IN STOCK, and a GSA Schedule (which saves quite a bit for Military personnel).  They even sent me some free hats and a few catalogs.  Most items have NSNs for easy re-ordering.

http://www.paracletearmor.com

Diamondback Tactical - Very helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their products.  GSA Schedule, and they're local, which means I can pick my order up and save on shipping.  After a short visit with the nice girls at DBT, I always leave with a smile on my face.

I ordered some stuff from this website and it was great. Shipping was fast, it only took 3 days from date of purchase. When I first ordered the products I immediately got two confirmation emails within an hour or two letting me know the status of each item and whether it was in stock. I got a shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Items were packed nicely in a perfect sized box, not some random one. I have to give them a 5/5.

Screen Patronus

Kind of off topic from airsoft but these guys are amazing. I just ordered some screen protectors from them that are amazing. They are basically crystal clear, no "frosted" look to the screen, washable, reusable, and they don't use adhesive, they state that they are a silicon based screen protector. Anyways, I originally bought them off their EBay Store for my LYRA and it turns out they didn't have the exact measurements, (possibly because its only a few months old) and they said they would be receiving the measurements shortly or I could measure it myself and they would have their machines custom cut one PLUS they throw in two more. The neat part is that they can custom cut anything for you up to a 14in. x 14in. screen.

RCA/Thompson Electronics

I had a Lyra RD2780 MP3/Video Player. It was 20 GB and had a 3.0" LCD screen and some other features. Well, the Play/Pause toggle button broke off, thus making it near impossible to use. Gave them a call about 11 months after it was purchased. Talked with them and they were very helpful. They gave me the O.K. to send it back with a $50 shipping, handling and labor fee. Sent it back and I received an e-mail saying that Thompson received it. In about 2 weeks I got a box from them, open it up and inside is a brand new Lyra X3030, 30 GB!!, with a 3.6" screen and a cool scroll button similar to the IPod's touch scroll. Got some updated drivers and it was ready to roll!!

Price- 8.5/10 (fee was a bit much)
Shipping Speed and Ease- 9/10
Quality- 10/10

Overall- 9.2/10

Gonzo Batteries

I've purchased about $300.00 of batteries over the years from John and they are the best airsoft batteries I've ever used.

For those that are in the market for real-steel parts, I have to recommend Area 51 Tactical (http://www.a51tactical.com).  AMAZING customer service.  They sent me the wrong stock, so rather than trouble me with shipping it back (although they did offer that option), they instead sent me a "gently used" (read: You can't tell it was ever put on a rifle, it just didn't have ALL of the hardware) stock that was the correct one, and allowed me to keep the incorrect one as well, because of the trouble.  Also, flat rate shipping, good turnaround, and decent prices.  They're very friendly to deal with.  If they don't normally carry what you're looking for, they're more than happy to get it for you.  You can't really go wrong. :)

Batteries Plus

VERY good store. I had bought a 10.8v battery from airsoftgi, That came VERY defective.
I took it to batteries plus, they had the same rating cells, installed the new cells in the defective battery and did the work for free, the cells costed 4 bucks each.

I recomend going to this store if your batteries brake or have any questions about batteries. This store also custom creates batteries. you can ask for any volt to any mah and have it custom made for minimal price.

The batteries plus down the way from my house basically told me that they neither made "airsoft" batteries, or would fix my downed 9.6 mini. I had heard wonderful things about batteries plus, and this really took the wind out of my sails. While I have no doubt that this could be an incident related entirely to my personal experiances, and my store only, I would tell anyone who wishes to go the BP route, to at least take it with a grain of salt.
They still make fabulous custom batteries for my camcorder however.  :)

I live down here in Tucson, It might be your store has a bias against NiMh/NiCad batteries. Have you tried any other battery plus's in pheonix?

The store that I go to down here is very professional. I just gave them my 10.8v Nunchuck type battery to be Boosted up to 12v and be reshaped to my cranestock. All for only 10 dollars. Idk about the one you went to, But the employes did tell me that they do NOT do anything with LiPo. i support them as you can tell :)

Red Dog Radios

I was looking for solutions to strengthen the antenna connection on my Icom. The president, Tom Ohlsson, was very professional in providing answers to my questions in a quick manner. I sent my Icom radio in for a simple antenna connector repair. Instead of just making the repair, Tom fully put the radio through its paces testing to make sure everything met specs. I did not realize that my radio was in such disrepair, Tom definitely went way above and beyond!
Quote from: "Tom"
Ryan, I repaired your broken antenna connector, but, your speaker was shot to hell, so I replaced it as well.  Bench tuned your radio, it was way off channel.  Should sound sweet and clear now.  I also tossed in a used, but clean, antenna, just in case the old one was less than perfect.  Take care and have a good weekend.

Tom performed all the additional work, which was easily over $60 in parts, and labor and he only charged me for the original repair work!  He definitely did not have to provide the extra parts and perform the extra work at no additional cost. It is truly appreciated and I cannot say enough about Tom and the exceptional service I received from Red Dog Radios!

Here are some site's where I have ordered some of my apparel.

These first 2 site I list actually make their gear to government specs. Not saying any of the ones you list don't. I'm just saying I'm not sure what all site's do.

http://www.opsgear.com/ (http://www.opsgear.com/)

http://rangerjoes.com/ (http://rangerjoes.com/)

This next site I'm not too sure about but they have some pretty awesome deals.

http://www.bdu.com/ (http://www.bdu.com/)

These 3 site's I have ordered things from and have had no issues of any sort. Speaking of which I will be ordering more multicam this weekend from BDU.com.

Hope these help.

Don't forget, I know it's been mentioned, But Diamondback tactical is right in our back yard. They have good nylon stuff and I have heard they now have a small showroom and will call. If you don't desire driving to N phx, shipping is here next day..

On  a side note..I am looking for a good 3day type pack, possibly something smaller that is comfortable but easy to don on and off. Something with a lumber belt would be optimal.

Do you have a link to Diamondback Tact or a phone # ?

Also, Allied Surplus has some pretty sweet stuff as well. You may be able to find your pack there. Here's a link:

LapoliceGear no longer has my vote for a good company. They no longer have a live inventory system and charged me for three pairs of hatch gloves when I ordered one, and are giving me a hassle to return the monies. I called up US Police Supply, confirmed they had them in hand in my size, they price matched LA Police gear and even offered to ship them express mail at no cost. a+ in my book.

FNH USA-

without fnh usa's awesome designs, the world would never have seen an m249 saw.
They are also responsible for the SCAR, P90, MK46, MK48, F2000 and GAU series of firearms.

Cheaper Than Dirt
(Real Steel Stuff)
http://www.cheaperthandirt.com (http://www.cheaperthandirt.com)

Great stuff and very low prices. All their Molle gear is Condor (whether that's good or bad is up to you), even though they call it "ModGear", and it's cheaper then other places I've found it at.

They ship out the same day, as long as you don't order too late. Shipping costs are cheap, and they are based out of Texas, so cheapest shipping still only takes 3-4 days (total, including ship date).

Had one problem with my Molle Radio Pouch, had a snap button on the strap that was stuck on, had to pry it off, and it just felt loose from there out. It would probably be fine, but I emailed them (on Christmas-eve mind you) and got a reply the same day, not 10 mins later, stating they will send me a new pouch at no cost. Haven't gotten the new pouch yet, seeing as how I'm writing the same day I emailed them, but the one I have will hold over fine till the new one gets here.

Good prices on Ammo too.

+1 for Batteries Plus
Not Airsoft related, but if you need a new battery for a Dirt Bike or Motorcyle, they will give you a permanently sealed gel cell battery for $25 instead of ~$80 at other places for a cheap lead-acid water filled battery.

Only issue with CTD is that they hiked their  ammo prices way the hell up when the ammo shortage happened  [smilie=armata_pdt_37.gif]
