Evike.com
Great customer service, shipping is ok and fairly priced, and items arrived undamaged. They got me my Star SAW in record time after receiving it from their supplier. It basically came off the truck, got put right back in, and shipped to me overnight.

Airsoft Extreme

Met the guys at the San Diego store, great group there and they helped me get exactly what I was wanting. I'll definitely be returning there every time I go to San Diego.

Knight's Armament Co. - One phonecall to a nice woman in Florida sent 2 rear screws for my M4 RAS on their way to my house, free of charge, no questions asked.  Most items have NSNs for easy re-ordering.

http://www.knightarmco.com

Paraclete Armor - Very helpful over the phone.  Product knowledge was very extensive, fast shipping, all items IN STOCK, and a GSA Schedule (which saves quite a bit for Military personnel).  They even sent me some free hats and a few catalogs.  Most items have NSNs for easy re-ordering.

http://www.paracletearmor.com

Diamondback Tactical - Very helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable about their products.  GSA Schedule, and they're local, which means I can pick my order up and save on shipping.  After a short visit with the nice girls at DBT, I always leave with a smile on my face.

Precision Airsoft -

Ordered a CA M15A4 CQB from them on Monday.  The UPS guy just left it on my doorstep.  Fastest arrival from any US purchase to date!  They also have good prices.  They beat AEX by 20 bucks on the CQB.

UN Company -

I ordered an m1887 winchester shotgun for $320.00 shipped, and they shipped me a PSG1 by accident. They sent me one email 2 weeks later saying that they sent me an ak11e. I never replied to it. Accidental $100 discount, yahoo!

Though I may never order from them again for fear that they may find out about it or even worse, send me the wrong item again!

Wiley-X -

I ordered a pair of Wiley-X goggles and recieved the package, but noticed a scratched set of extra lenses.  I called them up, they said the new ones are on the way, and they even mailed me a UPS sticker so I didn't have to pay to send the scratched ones back.  All with no questions asked...pretty cool in my book.

Safety Glasses USA -

I don't know if they "rock" or not, but they are a good place to get goggles and Camelbaks.  I've ordered from them several times now, and each time received my order very quickly.  They have good prices, and don't overcharge on shipping like a lot of places do.

5% coupon - CA2006

And orders over $100 get free ground shipping.

Troy Industries -

They're pretty cool.

The rail clamp on my folding front sight wasn't working with my LaRue 12.0 correctly, so, they shipped me another one for no charge.

Thanks, guys.

Airsoft GI

I've ordered from them several times already, they are quickly becoming my mainstay for stuff like parts, accessories, and AEGs. They also offer free UPS ground shipping on orders over $100.

Great group of guys.  Only sell what they would play with.  Jamie and Kevin are the owners, and couldn't find a nicer staff....and they're NAM Advertisers. :D

CopQuest

I ordered some stuff from this website and it was great. Shipping was fast, it only took 3 days from date of purchase. When I first ordered the products I immediately got two confirmation emails within an hour or two letting me know the status of each item and whether it was in stock. I got a shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Items were packed nicely in a perfect sized box, not some random one. I have to give them a 5/5.

Screen Patronus

Kind of off topic from airsoft but these guys are amazing. I just ordered some screen protectors from them that are amazing. They are basically crystal clear, no "frosted" look to the screen, washable, reusable, and they don't use adhesive, they state that they are a silicon based screen protector. Anyways, I originally bought them off their EBay Store for my LYRA and it turns out they didn't have the exact measurements, (possibly because its only a few months old) and they said they would be receiving the measurements shortly or I could measure it myself and they would have their machines custom cut one PLUS they throw in two more. The neat part is that they can custom cut anything for you up to a 14in. x 14in. screen.

Price- 10/10
Shipping Speed and Ease- 9.5/10 (Just due to my litle problem)

RCA/Thompson Electronics

I had a Lyra RD2780 MP3/Video Player. It was 20 GB and had a 3.0" LCD screen and some other features. Well, the Play/Pause toggle button broke off, thus making it near impossible to use. Gave them a call about 11 months after it was purchased. Talked with them and they were very helpful. They gave me the O.K. to send it back with a $50 shipping, handling and labor fee. Sent it back and I received an e-mail saying that Thompson received it. In about 2 weeks I got a box from them, open it up and inside is a brand new Lyra X3030, 30 GB!!, with a 3.6" screen and a cool scroll button similar to the IPod's touch scroll. Got some updated drivers and it was ready to roll!!

Price- 8.5/10 (fee was a bit much)
Shipping Speed and Ease- 9/10
Quality- 10/10

Overall- 9.2/10

Gonzo Batteries

I've purchased about $300.00 of batteries over the years from John and they are the best airsoft batteries I've ever used.

Recently, I ordered 4 batteries, but only 3 arrived.  The package was damaged and one was lost in the mail.  John quickly replaced the missing battery with no additional cost to me.

Fantastic service!
