Just got back from APD.  There was a tooth that broke of one of the gears and locked up the gear box.  They put in a new gear and everything works great.  Thanks for everyones time and suggestions, as usual you guys were right on and APD took care of the problem with no issue.

look the gun over a few times and see maybe if it "used" and they sold the gun to you as "new". Cause if the gearbox is not turning i would say the shim job was terrible and i have never heard of CA's shim jobs as being bad. So maybe it was used before the guy put in a new spring and shimmed it terribly?

Just maybe? Might sound stupid but o well
