Follow this checklist:
-break down your mech box.
-make sure you have all the pieces
!!put the parts back to gether making sure that:
-check out the electrical connection (trigger operated dealey) for any abnormal corrosion or possible connection problem.
-place the gears in neutral position (with the sector gear's teeth turned away from the piston sliding area).
-The anti reversl latch is in correctly (not backwards).
-The gears are correctly shimmed with little play side to side, and properly lubricated.
-The gears turn freely without placing the spring and piston in place.
-Place the spring and piston into place and close your mechbox.
Put your gun back together taking care to:
-make sure your motor works by attaching the terminals before placing it in the grip allowing it to spin freely.
-make sure that the correct teminals (+ & -) are placed on the correct terminal ends of the motor when installing it into the grip.
-Put the rest back together.
If you have a 9.6V BATTERY!! (never messed with a power converter, but you can't blame something esle if you use a properly charged battery), if you motor works on its own, if the gears turn and are properly shimmed without the motor or spring, and the electrical connections in the gun are correctly installed and functioning, then there is no reason that your gun should not function. This process should allow you to back-track the problem if you follow it in reverse. But, if you followed it to a T then you should have found your problem before it went back together. If you still can't figure it out, take it to Jungle Toy and pay one of them to fix it for you.
If you need any explanation on the parts explained then highlight it click copy and then go to google and hit paste then type airsoft, click enter and sift through the links. If you do not want to get a 9.6V battery then don't have an upgraded spring.
