AirsoftGi G700
« on: August 29, 2010, 03:50:43 PM »
So I just got this gun in a trade today, it performs well, when it works. The only problem im having with it is that the magazine is pushing in 2 bbs at once. When this happens, which is
90% of the time, the bolt wont push in all the way. It doesnt do this when i just load 1 bb manually at a time. Any suggestions?

Replace the mag.  They are cheap and poorly made.

Thats what I was thinking, but now the gun is slam firing. I checked the sears and they look pretty good. Is the trigger sear automatically engaging? Is the piston sear doing the same? Id really like some help. The whole bolt set/cylinder set parts are all 100% working.

It's a cheap gun, and this stuff happens. Head over to airsoftretreat and I think they can help you out.

I haven't pulled my trigger assembly apart yet, but pull yours out and see if the spring is still pushing the sear up to catch the piston.  It's very weak on mine which means it will only engage if you pull the bolt back 100% of the way.

I think i figured it out. The trigger sear looks as if its shaven down a bit. Like 2mm deep and it runs 3/4 the length of the sear, would the piston just not be locking on it? Do I need a new sear set?
