Ahh, gear whores.. I'll just stuff my grenades and mags in my jeans and hide my backup under my Iron Maiden sweatshirt (blue color)..

If it's good enuff for a Palestinian Freedom Fighter, it's good enough for me.  :P

You gonna run around in circles, shooting in the air and yelling Allah Akbar?

I am sure you will make a nice target.

It's Allah u Akbar, and I think those kids in Lebanon and Gaza can hold their own  pretty well.

The poorest militia seem to make do.  Sometimes the best is speed and skill before camo and stealth.

Heck, I always root for the underdogs. Sometimes the best is speed and skill before camo and stealth.
Someone who knows where their shit is in their rig and practices accessing it quickly is more efficient than someone with mags and grenades in pockets... High speed gear and the user remembering where their sh*t went has saved lives...There is no doubt about it..

that is true with any kit, reguardless of how you carry it. If you practice enough, you get efficient with it.

Christian, it isn't how much ammo you carry, as how many hits you get with what you have.  ;)

If I was on a tight budget, I'd spend on more mags and guns and ammo and use old cheap surplus gear.  Cammies and pouches get thrashed anyway.

ALICE stuff is cheap, and effective.

I only buy what I can afford by selling something I have.  THATS my airsoft budget.

About hitting what you can with a few mags, you're right!  But it also means you don't need to reload as often.  On a good day, I get 10 kills per mag.  Times 9 and thats alot of red rags.

With firearms, I'm the same way, but my efficiency goes up substantially.  On the crew-served range, I qualed expert with the 249 and had 16 rounds left on the belt.  If those little green e-silhouettes were people, thats 36 less people to shoot back at me.  If I had even more ammo. . .you get the point!

When it comes down to it, PALS is better in that it allows a more customizeable loadout, that can carry more specific items, with much greater comfort!  To carry what I did at Lion Claws with ALICE gear, I'd be one sore MFer come Monday morning.  ALICE is a paint in the ass, and it's not that comfortable.  It works, but PALS works better.

Thats what makes the differnce in players, Some  Airsofters use airsoft guns as training aids for the real deal! We have many types of player here in AA.
Expaintballers,Military, boarder Agents, milsim guys, and tactical shooters..

Exactly, I play cause it gets me in better shape and conditioned for my future service.Although you aren't carrying around the same weight in mags, some of us do carry quite a bit. Some airsofters say they are hardcore, but you can tell the ones who always give 100% and the ones who just give up...  ;)

Yeah, and there are some here in AZ, that is what I was referring more to. Some just play harder than others all the time.
