How I did it;
Fold in into a triangle
Lay the hypotenuse 3/4 on the top of your head with 3/4th on one side and the remainder on the other. You'll have the figure out the exact numbers according to your own head shape.
Hold the small side still
Take the long side and cover your face. Continue to the back to the wanted tightness.
Take the small side and go up over the long side and tie it
Your goggles will fog regardless of how you tie it in a full face. You are blocking the vents so the air flow in obstructed. Worse yet you're breath is being transferred up into the bottom of the goggle making it worse.
The other methods will work, but imagine how your head actually is built. There isn't much for it to latch onto other than a goggle tie. Doing this may cause it to fall at time when you move quickly. I think the main actor from 28 Weeks later uses a Neck gator, which it seems you may be trying to emulate. Which has the elastic band to keep it tight.
