JUST GOT MY NEW KWA CQR!!

So yesterday, had the most amazing time of my life at Warped Tour (Falling in Reverse.. experience of a lifetime) and when i got home, i found my box from airsoftgi at my doorstep and i was like:OO

So i open it up, BEAUTIFUL. Even though the lower reciver is polymer (and a beautiful engraved strong polymer at that), it still has the same weight and heaft as other full metal AEG's out there.
The first thing i did was test it on my 7.4v lipo and it was shooting 20 rounds per second. WOW.  And the 11.1v lipo test was just uncomprihendable. Haha
And what i loved was the handguard, front sight assembly, and gas tuube were all manufactured by KWA with such good precision, that there was NO wobble. I loved that.
 
Now onto my custom modifications..
I wanted to install my Daniel Defense MK18 mod ii rail system onto the gun, so i took off the front sight and cut it down a bit so it could fit inside the rail system (and act as a gas block and barrel stabilizer).  The delta ring was a NIGHTMARE to take off. I literally had to sit there with a heat gun for like 10 minutes, trying to heat up that thread lock that kwa uses in their delta rings. But after some trial and error, i FINALLY got it off. Nicee.

Next, i had to rewire the gearbox to the stock, because i love sleek sexy looking guns (HATE peq boxes. theyre so ugly) And so i opened the gearbox up. Beautiful internals. Gold trigger contacts, wow!
So after that, i got some other external goodies and threw everything togather. and its BEAUTIFUL. About $500 invested on this build.

Well imo I wouldn't have put that sticker on the magpul stock and first thing I would have done us take that orange tip off. I just got my new m4 yesterday also

well, im acctually looking to get a scar type flash hider to replace this bird cage. and i like the KWA sticker on the stock. its a good place for it, and i like representing it there. much like people spraypaint their team name on their stock sometimes.
i am very satisfied with the performance of this 2GX gearbox, and the precision in which KWA makes their airsoft guns. and i think the KWA CQR is probably the best gun one can possibly get for their money.

this is only close to accurate for people that dont know how to build guns.
as an entry level gun its good and worth the money, but with minor tweeking you can make most entry level aeg's perform just as good as your kwa.

and yes, that is true spaz. but! i think durability is also key. i've had entry level gearbox shells crack on me. i've had gears strip. tappet plates break. i just don't forsee that happening with the cqr. its rate of fire out of the box is highspeed, even with a 7.4v lipo.  you wont find that in entry level aeg's. nor will you find a metal upper reciver. or heat treated gears, or gold plated trigger assembly.

I agree, nice gun.
This is a newly released product and I'm sure many readers who are looking for good quality low cost guns have been waiting to hear from someone who was one of the first to buy one.
KWA did a nice job at a competitive price point.

It would be great however to see more real well written reviews done here.
