yeah, the plugs are for a very specific radio, and hes not hure all of them work...

You only really need the elastic strap. You don't need the mesh part.

Keep this in mind Ares, I've done about 6 PRR mods and common issue with a Military headset to Icom conversion is even though its hooked up right transmissions of voice are 'too soft', what I've done for these headsets is change the mic component out with a cheaper civilian type mic. So if you calculate the risk of non-working headsets, really only blown speaker or bad wireing which I dought out of the 11 will be an issue. With what Vince said about the headband thing you dont really need the Mesh. Most important deal kill would be how many ear foam pieces come with the deal
