Got this awhile ago, but pistols just aren't for me. Fun to shoot, but I just live too far from Vangaurd to use it. I bought it probably around a month and a half ago and comes with everything the box had. So the Box, some oil, hopup tool, gun, mag, and some extra green gas.

The only issues I had from the gun was at Vanguard. After closely observing the firing mechanism, it appears to have double feed and jammed. The gun then discharged when the mag was reinserted. I've used it twice since then, with absolutely no issues. The gun was also dropped once and scruffed it a bit, see the pictures for details. They will be up in a bit. The gun retails for $169 new, so I figure $100 would be good.

I was interested, but I am not 18. I don't exactly know why you have that up. But if it is because you want serious buyers only I insure you I will not back out of a purchase. At the moment it got my eye and I wanted to negotiate a price if possible. Thanks.

No, it's probably because in the United States, you have to be over 18 to legally purchase an airsoft replica.

You can make exchanges everyday, any day at Gearbox or Vanguard, see it every day I am there. I really don't think they care. You can also buy any Airsoft/ Gun Replica at any retailer under 18. I have done it at GI and Evike supper stores it is not illegal.

Under Federal Law, airsoft guns are not classified as firearms and are legal for all ages. It is only illegal if you are underage in the state of California. But its you loss of business.

I do not sell airsoft guns to children. I understand what you are saying, but the reality is anyone(most) younger than 18 years old is still a child under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian. Given the nature of these replicas, I simply do not want to be involved in anything or have the remote chance of it. I have had issues with buyers/sellers, so experience of what could happen is on my side. 

There are more than enough pistols being sold here to find something you like. If all else fails, try posting a WTB.

I understand your arguments perfectly... I have seen multiple airsoft casualties because of the maturity of airsofters under the age of 18. Thank you for your replies. Sorry to argue just wanted to hear your points.
