I am looking to make a custom shirke kit and was looking for any opinions on how I should put it all together, Ive already got some ideas of how I want to do it but would like to hear what everyone on this forum thinks.

I was wondering what you guys thought of the RK103 from G&G. Also I was wondering if anyone know if you can fit a large type 9.6v battery into the stock. Well let me know.

A&K SR-25 Review

First Impressions

When I first recieved my gun it came in the normal packaging with nice artwork.

Then when I opened the box I was happy to see what it came with, It had the gun, Metal hicap Magizine, ABS foregrip, small phillps head screwdriver with a magnetic tip, also a 9.6v battery and charger, and the cleaning rod.


Appearence/ Build quaility

The stock of this gun is made of a strong ABS plastic, its not a shinny plastic either. The upper and lower recievers are made of metal as well as the RIS rails on the gun. The outer Barrel is a strong metal. All of the metal seems to be of good quailtiy. The sling mount is really strong as well. The selector switch snaps into place really well. The Flip up sights are also made of metal and are also very solid. This gun weighs in at 10lbs with the scope, silencer and magizine in/on it. There are no wobles on this gun at all, this gun its extremlly solid. No rattling or shaking metal parts on the gun and no creeks in the stock.

This gun comes with a QD silencer, this is also full metal. It works really well and stays inplace.

The Battery is placed into the butt stock of this rifle. There is plenty of room for larger batterys. The only negative about this part of the gun is that its a small type connector for the battery. The trap door is really solid, its full metal.

The charging handle works, it releases the dust cover and also reveals the hopup.

The metal hicap magizine holds about 400 BBs and it feeds very well.

The Internals
The gearbox is full metal, Its a version 2 but its a little longer than a normal version 2. It comes with metal bushings, a high torque motor, ball bearing metal spring guide. the piston and the cylinder are longer than the normal length, it comes with a m130 spring stock. The hopup is full metal, and the barrel is 509mm long, but when you put the silencer on you have enough room to place a 650mm barrel. The only bad thing about this gun is that its not compatible with G&G parts. Sorry but I don't have any pictures.

Preformance
This gun is very accurate at about 120 feet. I was able to put all of my shots with 7 inches. On the poor mans chrono I was easily able to shoot through the bottom of the can with .20 gram BBs, when I shot at the bottom edge It left a huge dent but didn't make it all the way through. I would say that this gun shoots at about 400 FPS, With .25 gram BBs it was shooting at 360 FPS. This gun does have full auto allthough I wouldn't recommend that you use it, The rate of Fire also isn't very good when on full auto. Sorry no pictures of the test's yet.

Uprades
I reccomend that you get a 650mm tight bore barrel. It also wouldn't hurt to put better parts into the gun to make it last longer. The only internal upgrade parts that I have found that work with this gun are Classic Army parts and G&P parts, please note that G&G parts are not compatible with this gun. I would also reccomend a Scope and a Bipod.

Overall
If you would like to have a nice budget SR-25 this is a great choice. I would reccomend that you use .25 gram BBS or .28 gram BBs to increase the accuracy and range. The only real bad thing is the price for magizines, a single Midcap will run you about $28 for each one. Overall Im very pleased with this great weapon its worth every cent.

BACK STORY
OPERATION ENDOR
IN THE NEAR FUTURE

After the Border wars of 2010 a group of anti-Government separatist has achieved a foot hold on key strategic locations in the southwestern United States. The east coast and parts of the mid west have been reduced to radio active waste lands by a failed attempt by Anti-Government forces to capture the president and his joint chief of staff. A mistake was made by the leader of these forces General PJ Mandalore when a Suit case bomb he was carrying accidentally detonated. This detonation triggered other anti government forces to detonate three other such devices, One in New York, Chicago and new Orleans. With in days Coordinated attacks of the same magnitude were carried out on the Kremlin, Beijing, Tokyo, London, and Paris By groups sympathetic to their cause. The world was to never be the same again.

The president now operating from deep inside the protective cover of Cheyenne Mt Wyoming has secured the trust of most of the United States military, and many foreign governments who have sent there surviving dignitaries ,and several generals to assist and coordinate a tactical response.

Anti Government forces having been reduced to only 11000 in strength have been pushed back to the Us Mexican Border. U.S Led Mexican ARMY Forces, Now part of the United States cutting off the only route to the south. Now the information in side this one small capsule, known as an “Epiphany module� will make or break the stalemate. If Government forces can obtain it first. The information will give the Government the location of the separatist high command and, a cruise missile will be dispatched to restore order to the United States. Neither force can sustain another 12 years of war.

It has come down to a final standoff between ground forces of the Black Rain organization and a well armed and led Ant-Government forces of the Armies of Mandalore. The winners will decide the fate of the world.


BLACK RAIN
Black Rain originally formed by former members of the united states SOCOM as a rapid reaction force for deployment in theatres where US forces could not be deployed due to political tensions The Government denied that this Mercenary Army even existed. Only a handful of government official we given the clearance to view any information pertaining to Black Rain. Rumors abound that the Black Rain Mercs were stationed at Legendary area 51.As they seemed to materialize out of no where even more rumors were circulated that turned them into Urban legend. An Alien army, Vampires, and Cloned super soldiers! Little is really known out side of this.

In reality……
This is a well armed and highly trained private military organization. Members are chosen from thousands of applicants from around the world. Other than financing, and weapons they are a sovereign military organization Out side of the command structures of the United states. Some in the Government (the ones who even know they exists) do not trust them for this reason, but they all depend on them. They have intervened in conflicts that were never made public, and have rescued nations from the brink of Chemical, Nuclear and Biological Holocausts hundred of times since there inception.

These Men/women represent they highest level of soldering ever to be assembled in the 21st century. they have no families, No names and few rules. No more than 300 of them are in existents at any one time They will fight and have Fought to the last man, and never take prisoners, nor allow them selves to be captured..
They are the Spartans of their time.

BREIFING FOR BLACKRAIN FORCES

“This morning an Air Force Extreme High Altitude B-3 Chameleon Reconnaissance Plane was shot down while gathering vital data on the region The crew was able to initiate the self destruct protocols ,after jettisoning the Data capsule. At 1300 we captured 3 ant-Government troops in that same AO. .After interrogation we have learned that they had a mobile ant-Aircraft missile battery with in range of where we believe the B3 was last seen on SAT COM RADAR. The AA battery has been destroyed by Harpoon missiles and is no longer a threat.

An hour ago the orbiting satellite� TANTIVE IV� picked up the capsules homing beacon We have triangulated the Capsule Entry trajectory, and cross referenced a point where we detected the Capsule entering the atmosphere. Based on the speed we have narrowed it down to a 10 miles section of Sky Island’s Mt ENDOR The exact location is not known.. The Epiphany module is heavily shielded and we have reason to believe that the information it has gathered may have survived re entry. Though only 12-17 inches in length it is extremely heavy and must be transported by two personnel.. Our Employers want it back. The problem is that it crashed somewhere between us and the Anti-Government Forces in a heavily wooded area. The area is remote, and Extraction is possible only from designated LZs. One of our LRRP {Vanguard one} teams was already in the area, and was redirected to recover the Item. Our last contact with them was cut short and they had reported making contact with an enemy force of unknown size. Before loosing Com we received half of the grid coordinates... Friendlies in the area report seeing Anti-Government troops in this area .We have reason to believe that our LRRP team has been captured or killed. Satellite photos show what we believe to be Anti Government Forces rerouting patrols to intercept the crash site. We continue to monitor all radio traffic for a signal from the LRRP Team.

It is a Matter of national security that this Capsule is located and the intel it carries delivered safely to SAT COM. This information may turn the tide on our countries fight against the separatists If it is allowed to fall into the wrong hands all is lost�

This B-3 Chameleon was what allowed the Government to have the upper hand against us in our fight for independence They were able to use this information to target us with their missiles and bombs. Bombs which have been used to kill your countrymen, your comrades, your families! It is time once again to strike another blow to the enemy.

The planes Data capsule was jettisoned, and has crashed down south of here. In a heavily wooded area of the SKY ISLAND .Are best efforts to locate the exact location have failed, But we do know that it is on MT ENDOR somewhere In Sector 1138. We believe that the Information has survived; it may contain information of value to our whole defensive effort…the precise locations of every enemy base, every fortification, in this region. We were able to locate the coordinates from the navi- computer of a dead Black rain Commando. Many of you comrades died trying to recover this Intel

we know that A Black Rain LRRP team is already in route as a Vanguard for Government hired Contractors., and may already have taken control of the Capsule. One of our patrols have made contact with this LRRP Team and sustained heavy losses. Rest assured that the Enemy also suffered heavy losses and may be reduced in numbers to as few as 2.

You are ordered to retrieve the information at all costs. Be warned that if our capturing of the information appears to be in doubt Command will not hesitate to launch a Neutron weapon on the area�

Started by a disgruntled group of Canadian and US military leaders. And originally commanded by An Ex US ARMY General PHILIP.J. MANDALORE. They are universally known as the Armies of MANDALORE The Separatist grew in leaps and bounds, after the United States annexed Canada and Mexico in 2010.At the request of the Canadian Government.
90% of the Canadian welcomed the annexation, while a few saw this as US imperialize. {Mexico welcomed the annexation.} This annexation made the UNITED STATES self reliant on oil, and thus collapsed the economies of the middle east. A nuclear exchanged between Pakistan, and India, boiled over into Iran, and Israel. The entire region now an uninhabitable waste land. The United nation now defunct, The United states refused to intervene. Soon others who shared the ANTI US sentiments joined the separatist. They are well armed, and led by a very experienced command structure. They suffer only from in fighting. At this point in time they have been on the receiving end of heavy bombing, and have been all but cut off from the supply lines. They must obtain the data capsule or face destruction.

DETAILS/ADVANCED PARTY BLACK RAIN LRRP

In order to add realism to this scenario is will be necessary to have 2-3 Troop make their way to a point half way between the two start point.(Black rain Vanguard) The will transport the CAPSULE PROP to that point. Set up an over watch and await the main body. This group will be known as Vanguard One. They will be allowed .45 Minute head start ahead of both forces. They will have the option of heading out the night before and staying in the bush over night. , Once in position they will transmit Grid cords to Black Rain. Eves dropping is allowed, and Proper radio/Brevity codes use will be a must..

“Our Fellow troops of the Black Rain. Have been deployed to recover a B-3 Recon Capsule. It is in our best interest to locate, recover and secure this object until we link up with Black rain Forces. We are out numbered by forces who will stop at nothing to recover this object. IT CAN NOT BE ALLOWED TO FALL INTO ENEMY HANDS.�

Set up an AO Await Reinforcements
Defend the capsule
Make attempts to transmit grid Coordinates to Black Rain forces


CAPSULE
aka Epiphany Module
The capsule is a 12� long hinged container Made of plastic It is full of electronic Greebleis, and painted to look as if it has fallen from space. An attachment point for a carry stick is supplied, But no stick. This capsule will in reality only weigh a few Pounds, But in the scenario weighs about 150 Pounds. For this reason it must be carried by two persons min .* There may be a sound chip inside the Prop depending on availability. If available A message will be recorded that will play a role in the scenario. Booby trapping the capsule is allowed. Clay mores And so on. If Booby trapped it must be cleared, by Sappers /EOD.( Capsule can not be destroyed due to Shielding)

~WHO WINS~

(The Capsule is/ will be in Black rain commando control at outset of game)

If a soldier is hit while carrying the pod they must drop it where they stand. TWO soldiers must transport the Capsule. (Its very heavy)The second person can stay with the capsule and defend it until they are relieved .reinforced or killed .Or they may withdraw to cover and defend the capsule from a strategic location thus denying it of the enemy.

The team that has possession of the Capsule at end of scenario wins.
Team that controls the capsule at games end wins
Casualties must return to the/a designated collection point to respawn.10 Minute respawn. Time starts as they soon as they reach Collection point. They may reload, and re-supply as needed.
