Can't remember what it was I took, about a year and a half back?
Worked great, don't really know about what I lost when i cut off it as I got to be quite lazy and so any loss I can't attribute to not taking the supplement any longer but to not doing anything.
The best thing I liked about it was the lack of being sore regardless of how hard I worked, I mean there was some but nothing at all like what you can experience when you swear to god you tore something and you're never lifting anything ever again.

I didn't notice anything negative about them either, I'm no scientist though.

 [smilie=armata_pdt_34.gif]  give it a go.

This stuff is a 3rd gen of the No2 Complex..
It has a delivery system that not only gets THIS shit into your system better..but everything else..any protein..nutrients your body takes in it takes full advantage of..
And it speeds up recoveries like no other. Probably was a 1st or 2nd gen of No2.

I know the nitrogen delivery junk was part of Nitro-tech's basis when making their protein supplement, read some of the science behind it and it seemed like it made sense...More importantly the protein worked....but a scientist could probably also convince me that....well convince me of something if he used big words like co-efficient, dual hydrosonic variables and what not...

But really, No2 is good stuff.  And if the one you're going for has added bonus of assisting in delivery of needed nutrients to the muscle, sounds even better.

Yeah, Nitro tech is shit. MRI n02 is the original. I just finished reading Ed Byrds two No2 books, one from 02 and one from this year about the 3rd gen. Good stuff. STartin today.

Its expensive and the results are less than favorable. As young as you are the best things are: weight-train, food, weight-train, vitamins,weight- train, protien, WEIGHT-TRAIN! In time you will get stronger and bigger. Genetics play a big role. All the supplements in the world will do you no good unless you train.

I trained on and off for 2 years and in the last 7 months got serious, gained alot of weight...but this stuff is incredible. I doubt you have tried MRI no2. Its my first day and already I am feeling the "perpetual Pump"

Have you even met him?

There's an unofficial rule (that unfortunately I am exempted from) : don't call people you haven't met by their first name.

Tell you what Jr., next game I go to try to be there and you will see what hard work and time can do. N2O is N2O, no matter who makes it or mixes it. Ive tried it, expensive and my opinion is its crap. I have spent years in the gym and wasted alot of money on crap like that when I started out too. Be my guest, fall into the corprate trap young'n.

Well,
The same 3 People I know who are currently on it tried that Nitro and Nitric crap first, all of them tried atleast two of the competitors stuff...to no gain or very little...
I noticed myself(even thought i see them everyday) that they were getting cut as hell, FAST.. I asked one of them what it was they were taking behind my back. They all chipped in on a large buy of it to get a discount. They all finished 1 bottle recently(3 week supply) and so i aquired 2 books from my friend about it...Both by the same author, the founder of MRI, and inventor of both no2 and Creatine, also co founder of EAS.

Not everything is the same. I suggest you try to find a copy of "the nitric oxide revolution" and then come back to me with some FACTS about it.
I have also had zero to almost no gain with most other stuff...even the right amounts of time release whey.

I asked for opinions and comments from users of it. Not skeptics and critics.

It came out in 2002, and the book was just published and written in mid 2005...
