West Valley Searching for Team
« on: April 23, 2008, 09:19:39 PM »
Someone tole me in these forums that if I can't find a team then try making one. So here I go.

I'm looking for some people around the west valley  to form a team with. West Valley i think doesn't have a team yet so it's a start. Me and 2 other guys are would be in this team plus anyon who joins.

Age is 18 and up

Our style will be casual play, and we will also do tactical milsim.

You must live in the West Valley down by the Tolleson or glendale area. ( Cities around there. )

Have goot sportsmenship andwilling to learn from others and work as a team.

I plan on making a forum for this team and also we don't really call anyone a leader. We all lead and work as one. From looking up tactics for our team, to finding places to play. If anyone who has military xp who would like to join on has knowlege on tactics and or CQC feel free to join and we can all learn together.

This is just a ad looking for people to start a team yet. We aren't official or anything yet.

Hey Venom. I'm out in Surprise. I would love to get a west valley team going, so you've got my vote.

I'm just getting into Airsoft. I bought an Echo 1 M4 RIS and I'm anxious to get some trigger time. I'm still working on kitting out, but should be ready to play a few weeks.

Let me know if I can help getting stuff together. I'm a single dad so I don't have much time, but I'm really interested in this so I'll do what I can.

driving home today I went through buckeye from gila bend, as you come into Buckeye before the prisons there is a long low bridge that goes accross a very heavy wooded DRYWASH river bed, way out west of PHNX and easy to find some place from there i would think......

Anyone know this area?

I believe you are talking about the Gila River.

as soon as the tropper gets out of the tranny shop I will have to go check it out, see if there is any access or trails already in use and spot out a possible op site for some prospective games.

Gila river sounds right, not much out between the two towns.

that area burned about 10 years ago, so ya I know where you are talking about, right before you get into the outskirts of Buckeye. It does look like a promising area

sorry for not posting in a while, but my computer wouldnt turn on for a while.

Ok well anyway, it's good to see people with some intrest. Just post here if you want to join, and we can set up a day to meet up somewhere or play somewhere. Most likely in the fall. I will make a small website unless anyone else has skills. But for sure we would need a playing area. The woods type area sounds cool :D

it seems like a long way out there from mesa or central valley but not that far from west side, the area I saw was just aroud the Gila River area, i'm sure there will be more but acces to that spot would be easy enough for most players.

Not sure what type of team you guys have in mind, I am a bit of a loner but want to find a spot to play, and some guys to shoot. I love the more milsim type missions longer games, not the run and gun unlimited respawn mini games that last 1 hour at most.

What are the plans for this group you are trying to form up? Themed ?   Same uniforms type stuff????

Me and a couple of my friends airsoft. We are 16 and are military bound, do you think we might be able to play. I'm in a military program to help me get into the Air Force Acadamy and I am a Squad leader in the program. Maybe if you would send us information on what we should train in, We'd even take the suicide jobs, We could possibly meet for tournaments. Just and idea though. Oh and one of our teamates was on a california team and played in tournaments, so we'd be able know what to expect, if that makes a difference? [smilie=armata_pdt_01.gif]
