Interesting...  You may actually be able to draw a nice crowd with this one if you work on your presentation just a bit.  Here are some things you might want to include in your first post to maximise interest.

*More in depth description of the area, what is in bounds, out of bounds etc
*A picture of the exterior and interior of the structure
*Physical street address of the lot (intersection gets you close but its nice to be able to know exactly where)
*Special stipulations on use such as do we have to clean up, do we have to use semi only etc

Also I would like to know, is this a one time event, or an ongoing thing?  Do standard AA rules apply, such as 18+ years of age and close quarters FPS regulations?  Is the building owner a player or at the least fully aware of what airsoft can do to windows, porcelain, dry wall and paint?

I'd love to get some indoor play time in without worries of getting paint on my gear so my interest level is up there on this one even if it is pay to play.

Joe? Joe Arpaio? Isn't that the address of 4th Ave. Jail? Oh, that's on Madison. Love the location, I could get 5 regular players there in those hours, if you could post more details, and pics of the externals of the location.

CQB games?  Sweet!

how many floors do we get to use? what is the square footage per level? What are our limits for fps? What is inside the rooms? does it have power ie. lights or black out conditions? What about windows, do we have to worry about shooting them out? Any waivers involved? SInce we are in the city limits (even on private land, indoors) are there any LAW Enforcement issues to be concerned with?

sounds almost too good to be true. ANY ONE been there that can shed some light on this topic. It would be great to expand the days of use, example sat-sunday not just at night one day a week 1830 to 2400 hrs only.

FOOD, what kind? hotdogs, burgers, homemade sandwhiches, pizzas?????  too many questions just a little short on the intel.

But this might be a great place to do swat type stuff, insertions, extraction, search and destroy way too many combinations of ideas can be run with three floors.

Maybe even do some IPSC-PPC, three gun type competion games?
