Don't know. If you find a specific area worth lookin into then you will have a place to start. Otherwise there are many open ended questions like is the land in question public land, private, BLM ect. Once you know what your looking at then you can look into the laws pertaining to those areas.
If you're asking if anyone has seen any decent areas out in that location, don't know that either. I have not driven exactly in that area but from what I have seen most of it is pretty much non-descriptive and bland. Areas I did find south of there, that were worth looking into, were found to have strict laws regulating shooting and thus eliminated them as a possibility. If you find something let us know.
